Well the time has come, November is nearly over and Mrs Manning has the office decorations up in time for the 1st December tomorrow. No doubt the classes will soon be putting up their decorations too and getting the glitter out ! We hope you are looking forward to coming along to the Christmas performances next week , I'm sure that you'll enjoy the singing too.
I had interesting debates with Oak class and Willow class today, you may be interested to know that most of them believe in Father Christmas.

It's official !
This afternoon we held the opening ceremony for our new classrooms, the afternoon was attended by many people including Henry Bellingham our local MP , Shelagh Hutson - the Chairman of Norfolk County Council and many other guests including staff from the past and friends of the school ! The children were really pleased to see our site manager Paul again too. Thank you to all the parents who came along to have a look round our new rooms. The children were total stars and sang beautifully as always - well done everyone !

It's Started !
As I sit here typing away this afternoon, I can hear ' Little Donkey' and ' Away in a Manger ' coming from the hall. The first sign that Christmas in school has started , this strangely coincides with me seeing the Cocoa Cola advert on television last night. I still can't believe how fast this term has whizzed past, it will be the new year before we know it.

Thank you !
I wanted to thank all of our parents who came along to parents evening tonight and last night, it was good to see so many of you too. If however , you were unable to come along, do remember that I am around most of the time and that your child's class teacher is available one night after school every week as well as additional times as required.
We look forward to seeing you all again soon and hope that you all make it to our opening ceremony for the new classrooms and the Christmas performance, which doesn't seem that far away now !

Party Time
The school and Buttercups are currently planning a Christmas family disco for the afternoon of Sunday 18th December - look out for more information coming home on the December newsletter.
Week One Done
The children have been in their new classes for a week now and all seem very settled. Today we said good bye to Paul the site manager who oversaw the building project by Kier . It will be very strange not having Paul around, he has become part of our school family over the past few months. He will be coming back for our opening ceremony on 18th November. All of our parents are invited to come along on this day for the ribbon cutting to mark the official opening of the new rooms. More detailed information will be sent home soon. If you've not had a chance to have a look at the new rooms do call in for a look around.
